Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has said during a social media broadcast that he would refuse a COVID vaccine.

The far-right leader stated it was his right not to take a vaccine.

He also appeared to suggest it would be unlikely Congress would force any Brazilians to take a vaccine.

Brazil has the second highest number of coronavirus deaths in the world after the United States.
