Chaos continues outside Kabul’s international airport as thousands of people try to flee Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover.
 
At least 12 people have died in and around the terminal in stampedes or from gunshot wounds.
 
Gunfire has been heard but it was not immediately clear who fired the shots as both the Taliban and the US now maintain an armed presence at the airport.
