Kabul airport has descended into chaos as hundreds of Afghans, foreign diplomats and officials are trying to escape the Taliban and flee the country.

Scuffles broke out among some people who were unable to get a seat on flights.

Commercial departures were halted on Sunday, and only military aircraft are now allowed to operate on the runway.
