China: Drone footage captures ongoing emergency ops after blast kills 16 in Chongqing

Drone footage captured the aftermath of a blast in a canteen in Chongqing which left 16 dead and another 10 injured on Friday.

The damaged area after the blast and multiple rescue workers can be seen from above.

The canteen collapsed following an explosion caused by a suspected gas leak. Over 20 people were trapped after the incident, with many having to be evacuated.

As many as 260 local firemen in addition to 50 firetrucks were dispatched to aid the response to the incident.
