There is information that they were driving BMPs, calling up on the radio, saying: “We hit the huts.”

SOT, Mikhail, local resident (Russian): “The fuel has already been delivered once, these substations, generators. Now there is no water, no electricity. We only turn on generators, we collect some water, we turn on TV for a bit while there is [electricity], while this water is pumping for an hour. During this time we watch the news - at least to get some information: where, what. That’s how I live.”
