Jeff Bezos’s space company Blue Origin has launched a crew of four people, including Canadian actor William Shatner, into space aboard the New Shepard NS-18 spacecraft from Van Horn, in Texas, on Wednesday.

Footage shows the spacecraft taking off and landing back on Earth after a smooth spaceflight.
“Everybody in the world needs to do this. Everybody in the world needs to see,” Shatner told Bezos after landing, adding, “That was unbelievable.”

William Shatner, known for portraying ‘Captain Kirk’ in Star Trek, is officially the oldest person to go to space at 90 years old.

He was joined by the company’s vice president of mission and flight operations, Audrey Powers, and crewmates Chris Boshuizen and Glen de Vries.
