France: Normandy Four talks take place in Paris amid rising tensions between EU and Moscow

Advisors of the leaders of the Normandy Four countries (Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia) met on Wednesday in Paris to discuss the situation between Russia and the Ukraine.

The meeting is the first in over a year. Those appointed to represent each of the nations can be seen arriving in cars before entering the building on Faubourg Saint-Honore street for the discussions.

The meeting is set to focus on the status of the Donbas region, despite Moscow denying connection to the separatist forces, as well as trigger a de-escalation process amidst current tensions.
