France: Protesters march through Paris on anniv of Kurdish activists' triple murder

Dozens of protesters marched through Paris on Saturday in order to commemorate the ninth anniversary of the assassination of three Kurdish activists in the French capital.

Protesters marched with banners featuring photos of the slain activists as justice was demanded.
On January 9, 2013, founding member of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) Sakine Cansız, representative of the Kurdistan National Congress in Paris Fidan Dogan, and activist of the Kurdish youth movement Leyla Saylemez were found dead in Paris’ 10th arrondissement after being shot.

Turkish authorities have repeatedly denied playing any role in the assassination and no one has yet been charged with the three murders.
