Three friends have narrowly escaped a flooded elevator they were trapped in during floods in Nebraska. They watched the water gush beneath the jammed doors and rise to their necks.

Tony Luu, who filmed some of the incident, told a local television station: “I was like: ‘OK, I could just die in here’… The water was moving pretty quick.”
