Germany: Berlin landmarks lit up during Festival of Lights

Berlin residents and tourists took to the streets of the German capital on Friday night to view light installations projected onto the city’s most famous landmarks as part of the Festival of Lights.
75 locations including Brandenburg Gate, Berliner Dom, Potsdamer Platz can all be seen illuminated with some 100 different projections.
This year the festival is taking place under the motto “Creating Tomorrow” which, according to the organisers, includes the preservation of Earth, science and cultural diversity.
