The Berlin group ‘No Border Assembly’ marched against deportation flights carried out by Lufthansa on Monday afternoon.

The activists called on Lufthansa to stop carrying out deportation flights and take a clear stand against racism. More than 20 organisations already joined last year’s campaign launch against Lufthansa.

After an online Twitter storm in July 2020 and a nationwide poster campaign in November 2020, the ‘Lufthansa #abschiebefrei’ campaign is now entering its third round.

With 5,885 people, Lufthansa and its subsidiaries carried out more than 25 percent of all deportations from Germany in 2019.
