After a decisive win in the German federal election, the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) has invited The Greens and Free Democratic Party (FDP) delegations for ‘exploratory talks’ on forming a possible coalition government. Chairman of the SPD parliamentary group in the Bundestag Rolf Mutzenich announced the news in a press briefing at the SPD headquarters in Berlin on Tuesday.
