Germany: Hundreds of public health workers strike in Berlin to demand better working conditions
У вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5Hundreds gathered in front of the Vivantes headquarter in Berlin, Monday, as healthcare workers of two of Germany’s state-owned hospitals started a strike to demand better working conditions.
Workers of eight Vivantes clinics and the three Charite campuses seek, among other demands, increased minimum staffing quotas for the hospitals.
The strike has been prohibited by the Berlin labour court on the grounds that an emergency service agreement has not yet been reached.
The Charite has already postponed about 2000 treatments scheduled for this week, according to local reports.
