Germany: Thousands rally in Berlin to demand help for Afghans amid Taliban takeover

Thousands joined a solidarity demonstration in Berlin on Tuesday to demand the evacuation of Afghani people by the German government, as the Taliban seize power in the country.
Protesters gathered in front of the German parliament held banners against German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, and welcoming refugees from Afghanistan.
According to the Berlin police, 2,100 people showed up at the rally.
