Germany: Passengers sustain light injuries as school bus runs off side of road

Emergency services were on the scene after a school bus ran off the road and crashed injuring multiple school children near the town of Biberach an der Riss on Tuesday.

Local authorities are reporting only minor injuries to the school children and no fatalities.

Some children were brought to the local hospital while the rest were sent home.

The exact cause of the crash is still unclear according to local authorities but a strong gust of wind has been cited as a possible reason for the accident.
