Police deployed pepper spray on a group of protesters that charged them during a demonstration against COVID-19 restrictions in Bautzen, on Monday.

Protesters marched through the city in a large group and ran through police barriers, threw flares and reportedly marched through hospital grounds.

Similar scenes were witnessed in Bautzen last week as protesters marched through the city as part of their so called Monday-walks demonstrations.
