Ex-Arsenal and England footballer Ian Wright spoke after Hungary fans racially abused England players during a World Cup qualifier in Budapest on Thursday night.

He referred to racism as a “disease” that needs to be stamped out, and likened his experiences of racism in football in 1985, to those of current black England players.
