Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday released his evening video address, accusing Russia of nuclear ‘blackmail’ and calling for new sanctions to be imposed in response to it.

He said Russian troops were continuing to use the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant ascover for attacks on nearby towns.

He warned that the presence of Russian forces around Europe’s largest nuclear power plant threatened Europe and beyond.
