Italian authorities arrested an ISIS bride married to a relative of one of the Vienna 2020 terrorist attack perpetrators, as announced at police headquarters in Milan on Wednesday.

The Italo-Kosovar woman is accused of association with the purpose of terrorism. Tafallari’s personal phone contained information and images on training for terrorist attacks.

Tafallari was reportedly a member of ‘Lions of the Balkans,’ a group thought to be affiliated with ISIS, she is reported to have managed the female cell.

Tafallari’s husband, Perparim Veliqi, is related to Fejzullai Kujtim, who killed four people in an indiscriminate shooting attack through different parts of Vienna in 2020.
