North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un was filmed smoking a cigarette while delivering a stern warning to his generals that indiscipline would not go unpunished.

The meeting in Pyongyang comes amidst a crackdown on the military as the dictator calls for ‘more control and discipline’ in the ranks.

Kim is implementing policies for the next five years that include a ramping up of military power as well as greater nuclear war deterrence.

Last month, Kim showed off “the world’s most powerful weapon” at a huge military parade in North Korea.
