To be honest, I did not buy new trees, as promised, just this package came and was unpacked a week ago, on November 17. Yegor was staying with us just now. This is right for the very sophisticated horticulturists who love coniferous plants, because the plant lists are all in Latin without a Russian translation and without pictures. But there are so many coniferous things there! And Alexander advised me that from my list, for sure, we will survive.
Conifers are the most expensive of seedlings. Even two-year-old trees are already very noticeable. Therefore, you can’t buy a lot of them. But the three that I chose (the cheapest and unpretentious) pulled 10kg of weight! They were sent after a very careful excavation with lumps of earth, so as not to disturb the root system much.
They send mainly by SDEK, but when they found out that I was 30 km away from the nearest sdek, they entered the situation and sent it by Russian Post. From such trifles, a pleasant impression of communication and purchase experience is formed.
I finished the planting season in the open ground on November 17.
But already now I’m poking around everywhere on the Internet and making lists of orders for the spring. After all, if I don’t plant a couple more trees, who will?! I think I need another 60 acres for the forest.
