Ruptly is live with the closing ceremony of the 38th and 39th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summits in Bandar Seri Begawan on Thursday, October 28.​

During the closing ceremony, the ASEAN Chairmanship will be handed over from Brunei Darussalam to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
