Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov speaks at the 29th Assembly of the Council on Foreign and Defence Policy (SVOP) in Moscow region on Saturday, October 2.

The SVOP is a Russian non-governmental public organisation founded in 1992. Its task is to assist governmental structures in creating concepts for Russia’s approach to security and foreign policy, among other fields.
