Moscow authorities last week announced the closure of most enterprises and non-essential services from October 28 to November 7. Shops, schools, beauty salons, gyms will be closed, while restaurants will be able to operate for takeaways only.

Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on November 3 that Moscow will not extend its non-working period past November 7.
