US Secretary of State Antony Blinken delivers remarks in Berlin on Thursday, January 20, after meeting with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, UK Deputy Foreign Minister James Cleverly, and French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian.
