At least two people were killed, and another was injured as a man fired a crossbow from his balcony in the town of Almelo on Friday.

According to reports, the local police were called to a stabbing incident at the suspect’s flat where they found two people dead.

The suspect was detained after firing at passers-by with a crossbow. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
