Rescue workers were seen searching for survivors in Lagos, Tuesday, after a high-rise building under construction collapsed leaving at least 20 dead.
“We are concentrating our efforts now, all our energy into the rescue mission,” Hakeem Odumosu, Lagos State Commissioner of Police, said.
Nine people were rescued alive so far, with dozens more still missing.
