Norway: Kongsberg locals leave tributes at memorial for attack victims

Five people were killed and three more were injured after the 37-year-old apprehended suspect Espen Andersen Braathen attacked them on Wednesday.
“It is very sad, it is hard to explain how this is happening in such a small town in Norway,” says Ellen, one of the residents.
The crime is now being investigated as an act of terror, according to the police.
