Prince Andrew Settles Civil Sexual Assault Case

A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit accusing Prince Andrew of sexually abusing Virginia Giuffre when she was 17 years old.

Lawyers on both sides informed a Manhattan federal court judge of the decision on Tuesday.

Giuffre sued Andrew in August and the British royal has since been stripped of his military roles and royal patronages and was no longer to be known as “His Royal Highness”

Andrew has strenuously denied Giuffre’s allegations and attempted to get the lawsuit tossed.
