The US House has voted to expel a Republican congresswoman who attempted to impeach Joe Biden from two committees.

The resolution found that Marjorie Taylor Greene had promoted QAnon conspiracy theories on social media and endorsed violence against Democrats.
Before the vote, she said she regretted her views but stopped short of a full apology.
Elected to office in November, she became known for a campaign to impeach Joe Biden two days after his inauguration.

She will lose her place on the education and budget committees, limiting her ability to shape policy.
