Wildfires raged for a seventh day in Turkey’s Mediterranean region on Wednesday.

Scorching heat, low humidity and strong winds have fed the fires, which have killed at least eight people.

Locals have had to evacuate their homes and livestock, while tourists fled in boats and cars.

Firefighters and police with water cannons fought back flames during the night, as they try to control the blaze.
