Russian military convoys seen north of Kiev and in southern Belarus *STILLS*

Russian military equipment and temporary infrastructure could be seen in still images published by Maxar Technologies on Monday.

These pictures show buildings on fire, as well as helicopters parked on an airfield in north of Kiev near Ivankov, but also at the southern Belarus at several locations near the border.

The convoy observed near Ivankov that was originally reported to be 27 kilometres (17 miles) is said to be much longer than the assumed length.

The Russian army started a military intervention on February 24 and is currently near Kiev, while peace talks took place at the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in Gomel on Monday.
