Police declared a riot in Portland after violent protesters broke into into the Portland Police Assocation building before setting it alight.

CCTV footage captured the shocking moment on August 8 when a window was smashed and at around 11:30PM fuel can be seen being thrown onto flaming material.

Violent protests in Portland have increased despite federal agents withdrawing from the city over a week ago.
