Spain: Zaragoza submerged as Ebro river floods city

Parts of the city of Zaragoza were submerged on Tuesday as the river Ebro continued to swell following heavy rain.
At least two people have reportedly died, as a result of floods.
Authorities in Zaragoza have been placed on high alert and urged city residents to remain as far away as possible from the Ebro, the second largest and fastest-flowing river in Spain.
