Spectacular Explosion as Authorities Blast Teetering Rocks in Idaho

Drone footage shows the moment authorities blasted nearly 11,000 square metres of unstable rock from above a highway in Idaho.

The explosion is the first of two planned to remove teetering rocks from the slope.

Following the blasts, repairs will include reinforcing the slope with bolts and wire fencing.
