Dozens of Trump supporters have stormed a vote-tallying centre in Detroit chanting “stop the count”.

This comes as the president’s campaign is suing the state of Michigan, claiming it did not provide “meaningful access” to counting locations.
However, observers from both major parties were inside the centre as the ballots were processed and counted.

Michigan has already been called for Joe Biden, but the count is not yet complete.

With the race still too close to call, angry protests have erupted as the results hinge on a handful of key battleground states.
