‘The Foreign Journalists Who Lost Their Lives in Ukraine’

The Russian journalist who made headlines for protesting on state TV news has been released.

Marina Ovsyannikova has been fined 30,000 roubles (£210) following a court hearing.

The act was risky in a country where its illegal to spread “fake” news over the invasion.

Other journalists on the frontline also put themselves at risk to report on the war, and some have sadly lost their lives in the process.
