‘Thousands TRAPPED in Disneyland Shanghai Lockdown’

Shanghai’s Disneyland theme park went into an emergency lockdown after a positive Covid-19 test prompted mass coronavirus testing.

Authorities tracked the case to the nearby city of Hangzhou, but over 30,000 people were barred from leaving Disneyland until they turned in a negative test.

The sudden lockdown and temporary closure of the park is indicative of China’s zero-tolerance pandemic prevention policy.
