Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that he has issued a decree to conscript a number of reservists amid ongoing tensions with Russia over the Donetsk and Luhansk regions on Tuesday.

“At the moment there is no need for general mobilisation. We need to promptly man the Ukrainian army and other military formations. I, as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, have issued a decree on conscripting reservists during a special period. I emphasize: we are talking only about citizens assigned to the operational reserve,” confirmed the Ukrainian President.

SOT, Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukrainian President (Ukrainian): “For us personally, only the end of the war, but not the platform or the format, that has no alternative. I am ready to do this both bilaterally and with the mediation of other leaders. But I want to emphasise that the preservation of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity is crucial for me.”

Targeted programs to support individual industries. Reducing the tax burden on businesses and limiting inspections. These are inducements to attract funds from the population to businesses and the banking system. Reduction of VAT on gasoline and diesel. This will reduce the prices on gas stations.”
