USA: Capitol Police arrest man after "suspicious" vehicle found outside Supreme Court

The suspect refused to talk and told officers “time for talking is done,” according to deputy chief Jason Bell.
“At that time we backed off, had our crisis negotiation officers attempt to speak with him. The man was refusing to speak,” Bell told the press.
No weapons were found in the vehicle, police said. An investigation is ongoing
