Virginia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe on Monday made his final arguments ahead of the state’s early mid-term elections.
McAuliffe was addressing his supporters in Fairfax.
Various level elections, which are also being referred to as “early midterms,” take place across the US before the proper midterm elections scheduled for next year.
In Virginia, voters will be putting Biden’s presidency to test by choosing a new governor between McAuliffe and Republican Glenn Youngkin, who according to polls are currently neck and neck.
