USA: Devastating Dixie Fire's mark visible on CA's Greenville

The devastating effects of the Dixie Fire could be seen along Highway CA-89 towards Greenville, in California in footage from August 22.
Footage showed huge plumes of smoke rising above the forest, spreading along the highway and limiting visibility.
Emergency vehicles from both the rescue services and the military could be seen. Many of the buildings had been left damaged or destroyed by the Dixie Fire.
The Dixie Fire had already burned more than 700,000 acres of land, making it the second-largest fire in California history after the Camp Fire. So far, the Dixie Fire has destroyed 1,262 buildings.
