Family members of Amir Locke demanded an end to no-knock warrants during a press conference held at the Minnesota State Capitol, Saint Paul, on Thursday.

Locke was shot and killed by police within seconds of entering an apartment where he was sleeping, on February 2, during a no-knock raid by Minneapolis Police Department officers.

Locke, who was not the target of the investigation, was seen in body cam footage in his bed under a blanket, holding a gun, which was not pointed at the officers.
