Mayor of Philadelphia Jim Kenney commented on the devastating duplex building fire that claimed the lives of 13, including seven children on Wednesday.

“Losing so many kids is just devastating,” Kenney said.

The cause of the fire, which erupted early in the morning in a three-storey duplex building, remains unclear.
