US Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland commented on the presence of biological research facilities in Ukraine speaking during the session of the US Senate’s Foreign Relations Committee in Washington DC.

‘Ukraine has biological research facilities which, in fact, we’re now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of’, said Nuland.
