A video posted on social media earlier showed what appeared to look like a missile causing a massive blast. In a post on his Twitter, Ukraine’s Foreign Affairs Minister Dmytro Kuleba claimed it was a Russian airstrike. The Russian Defence Ministry hasn’t commented yet, but insisted previously that it was only hitting military targets.
