The Houthi Ansar Allah movement released footage of drone launch operations allegedly targeting Saudi Arabia and UAE on Tuesday.

Drones can be seen launching into the sky, with people cheering in the background.

Earlier on Tuesday, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree announced the release of footage of drones launched in previous operations towards the Saudi and Emirati depths.

Saree previously announced on January 24 that the Houthi forces had carried out a large-scale military operation in the “Saudi and Emirati depths”, targeting “sensitive sites” in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the UAE. The targets included the provinces of Jizan, Asir, the city of Sharurah, among other areas in Saudi Arabia.

The attacks followed Saudi-led coalition deadly attacks in Sana’a and Saada, killing and injuring dozens.

The Saudi-led coalition, with the participation of the UAE, began its military operations in Yemen in 2015 under the slogan of supporting government forces against the Houthi movement, which subsequently resulted in the outbreak of a war that caused the worst humanitarian disaster in the world, according to the United Nations.
