I’m not the best dancer nor do I have the biggest of bums but I LOVE to twerk haha. It’s a damn lie that you need a lot back there to be able to do the damn thing. Just know how to move what you got and PRACTICE throwing that ? ? around! I’m all self-taught so this is just what I know. The “exercise” is legit what I did to get learn and get better at isolating the thrust/twerk movement. Having my hands on my hips helped me feel what I should be moving—which should be mainly your lower back to pull up/back and your pelvis to thrust down/forward. Keep your glutes loose and relaxed and let do it’s own thing. At the end it’s all about making these moves your own, playing around with it, and having FUN ??. Create your own combo and GET IT BOOS.
