In this workout I will use a variation of the standard protocol. The spin and the swing snatch are the same but I am replacing arms throws with overhead press and the push-ups with the plank push. I will perform 8 sets at 1:30 per set with 1 minute rest. The spin, swing snatch, overhead press and plank push are all performed for 10 reps, for a total of 40 reps per set. It should take you about 23:00 minutes to complete this workout.
