Battlefield 4 - FX8350 & GTX660 Performance!

After I newly installed Windows 8.1, I installed BF4 + All patches + DLC including the new Naval Strike. This is the performance I get from my computer and would like to ask for help. What can I do to be able to run this game smooth, without these annoying FPS drops? - Unparked CPU: Already done before and noticed no difference - Running X86: While the game is kept on low, I noticed no difference. - Borderless/Fullscreen: No difference. - Latest MOBO BIOS/GPU Drivers. etc. etc. etc. My rig: CPU: AMD FX8350 - 4,00GHz GPU: Nvidia GTX 660 - 2,00GB MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Memory: Kingston HyperX blu 2x8GB - 16GB OS: Win 8.1 Storage: 125GB Samsung SSD (OS+BF4 installed here) + 1 TB Seagate HDD Mouse: Logitech G400 Headset: Logitech G35
